Arlene Le was born and raised in Philippines. She's a mother of three girls; currently in 7th 5th, and Pre-K. She's been an active volunteer for the past six years; including three years as the PA Treasurer and two years on the SLT. Arlene's dedicated to becoming a valuable team member by maintaining a firm commitment to accuracy and efficiency. She's a strategic thinker with the ability to process financial information utilizing strong math and computer skills. She is grateful of her family's opportunity to attend a neighborhood school that is  progressive with an incredible community of parents and students.

Mrs. Umana is smart, curious, and driven. As an immigrant, English was her second language so it was difficult to be informed about her children's education, the curriculum, and rights as students and parents. This led to joining the PA five years ago; serving one year on the SLT as the Title I Parent Representative. She is a dedicated Secretary, often seen running around the school with a smile on her face, looking for ways to improve student and parent life at school. From her personal experience, she knows the PA might seem intimidating so she encourages parents to learn about the school during PA meetings and/or volunteering.
