Nov. 16, 2023 - Members of the P.S./I.S. 102Q Parent Association planted over 1,000 daffodil bulbs in front of their Elmhurst school to honor victims of 9/11 and COVID-19. The bulbs—donated by New Yorkers for Parks—serve as a living memorial and symbol of hope.
